SLA Definitions

SLAs can be optionally defined for Products. If defined, Revenium will monitor transactions and report performance against an availability and/or performance SLA. (variance reporting coming soon)

Access to SLA Definitions

  1. Click on 'SLA Definitions' under 'Manage' in the left navigation menu.

  2. After clicking on the SLA Definitions Link, the SLA Definitions dashboard appears.

Create a SLA Definition

  1. Click on the plus icon located in the upper right corner to create a new SLA definition.

  2. After clicking on the create button, the SLA Definitions form appears (Figure 2)

  3. Fill the required inputs and click on Save to create a new SLA Definition.

  4. After clicking on the Save button, the changes will be saved.

View, Edit & Delete SLA Definitions

Clicking on the eye, pencil, or trash can icons located in each row of the SLA Definitions will allow you to view, edit, or delete existing SLA definitions respectively.
